  • The term project is an analysis of two firms that compete with each other in an industry of your choice. You can choose the industry and firms that seem to be most interesting to you. But major companies covered by the textbook cases or cases in the course pack should be avoided. In addition, the firms that you choose should operate mainly in the industry that you analyze (i.e., please try to avoid highly diversified firms or firms that operate in multiple industries). The following is some specific requirements.
  1. Conduct an industry analysis (Grocery industry: Aldis vs Wholefoods) 1.5 Paige 
  2. Porters five forces – 1 Paige
